Terms & Conditions
Customers are advised that you must by law be 18 years of age or older to purchase deactivated weapons, swords, knives and bayonets from this website. By placing an order you are stating that you are of legal age to do so and that you accept the conditions of sale.
For the convenience of customers, here is a scale to enable you to judge the condition of each article:

GUARANTEE for mail order customers
If you are not entirely satisfied with your mail order purchase, simply return it to us in the same condition as it was despatched within 28 days for a free exchange, credit note or refund. This guarantee does not include postage.
Under normal circumstances please allow 7 working days for delivery (UK Mainland). This may be longer during peak catalogue times. All weapons are deactivated in-house and reassembled and serviced to order.
All postage rates stated are for Mainland UK only. Please enquire for P&P rates outside of Mainland UK. This includes Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Hebrides .
To ensure that the best possible postage rate is worked out for your order on multiple items, no money is taken automatically from your card when an order is placed; this is done manually in the office once we are in receipt of your order. You are charged per order NOT per item for postage.

You can pay in four equal monthly instalments
FIRST Payment Reserves - FINAL Payment Despatches
This can be done either by sending 4 equal cheques each one dated one month later
OR
quoting your credit/debit card details and we will draw 4 equal monthly instalments.
Incompleted Lay-Away Plans are subject to a 20% administration charge.
All Deactivated Weapons advertised for sale by World Wide Arms Ltd are deactivated to Home Office Regulation UK Specification. All have the appropriate Proof House Deactivation Marks and all are provided with a Certificate of Deactivation.
All items offered for sale are legal and without licence requirement in the UK.
Customers not in the UK are responsible for checking their own countries' law regarding items purchased. World Wide Arms has no control on overseas Customs once items have been despatched and cannot be held responsible for any items stopped or seized by local authorities. Once the item has left the UK we cannot be held responsible for postal problems. Tracking numbers will be provided on despatch where possible.
All edged weapons, where applicable, are described by their regulation or manufacturers pattern/model designation for identification purpose. This does not indicate the year of manufacture. Most models have been manufactured over a great time scale; it is not uncommon for models to last 100 to 175 years in production without alteration.
All items offered as Curios and Collector's Pieces only - Not for use.
They should not be carried in Public Places without good reason.
The display of items for sale on this website is only an invitation to treat.
No religious, racial or other implication is intended or condoned by any items offered for sale by our company.

Any personal details are stored on a totally secure data base. They are used to make further offers or supply catalogues to you from our company only. They are not divulged to any other company. Should you not want your details stored, please advise us.
