Austrian Steyr AUG Selective-Fire Military Assault Rifles
Designed in 1977 as a futuristic bullpup rifle constructed extensively from polymer and aluminium components, chambered for the 5.56 NATO round.
These examples have brown polymer stocks with pistol grips and folding batten foregrips, 30-shot magazines and integral Swarowski 1.5x telescopic sights with backup iron sights. The trigger pressure determines semi or full-auto fire. Military used examples in Excellent Condition.
It takes the American M7 Knife bayonet or the German KCB 77 Knife bayonet.
Conflicts include the Gulf War, the Afghan War, the Iraq War, the Syrian Civil War and the Yemeni Civil War.
DEACTIVATED to current EU 2018/337 Specification, with moving parts but non dry-firing, complete with EU/UK Certificate. OA 111cm, Brl 61cm.
