The British Government recognised the superiority of the traditional Ghurkha Kukri fighting knife and introduced it into British Military Service for the Ghurkha Regiments in both WW1 and WW2.
The broad leaf shaped blade is naturally forward weighted to assist the striking blow, wooden grips with some usage chips and marks commensurate for their age, Excellent Condition. Approx OA 44cm
