A post WW2 example with black wooden grip inset with enamelled SS runes and nickel eagle/swastika badge. Nickel plated mounts, double edged blade with SS motto “Meine Ehre Heiβt Treue” and maker’s mark of Herman Hann, in black lacquered sheath with nickel mounts. Fine Condition.  OA 38cm, Bl 22cm.
